April has been cleaning our house for almost 15 years and at this point she is more like a family member than our cleaner! She always arrives promptly on the day she cleans, works diligently with great attention to detail, and often goes above and beyond my expectations. On rare times that we need to alter the day she cleans, she communicates that well in advance and works to ensure we don't have to skip a cleaning. Most importantly we trust her to be at our home when we are not which ensures that I can concentrate on completing other tasks while she is cleaning.
